The Cloud One New York-Downtown, which opened its doors in December 2022, is a 4-star hotel located in the heart of New York. Its prime location is just a two-minute walk from the National September 11 Memorial & Museum and less than half a mile from One World Trade Center. The hotel's amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and complimentary Wi-Fi. It's conveniently situated near other popular attractions, such as NYU - New York University (1.7 miles away) and the Flatiron Building (2.8 miles away).
Opened in March of 2023, Moxy by Marriott in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is a 216-room boutique hotel that seamlessly blends into the trendsetting neighborhood. The Draper New York, a 3-star hotel opening in 2021, is perfectly situated in Midtown, offering stylish accommodations just steps from the vibrant dining and nightlife scene. Conveniently located off Fifth Avenue, guests can enjoy city views from select rooms with a balcony and visit nearby attractions such as the Empire State Building, Bryant Park, and Grand Central Terminal, all within walking distance. Opened in April 2023, the newest addition to the Virgin Hotels collection is located at 1227 Broadway in the NoMad neighborhood, spanning the entire block between 29th Street and 30th Street. With 460 contemporary guest rooms, suites, and penthouses across 39 stories, the hotel seamlessly blends Virgin's signature style with the energy of New York City. The design was led by Brooklyn-based team MARKZEFF and architecture firm Stantec, emphasizing city views throughout accommodations and public spaces.
