Our Privacy Policy explains how Khonsu collects, uses, stores, shares, and treats your Personal Information. By Personal Information, we mean any and all information used to identify you directly or indirectly.Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By providing Personal Information to us or using our Services, you consent to our collection, holding, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Please contact us if you have questions at hello@askkhonsu.com. Khonsu does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not use the Services. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 16 has used our Services, please contact us at hello@askkhonsu.com, and we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our databases and servers.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Khonsu, in order to provide its Services, receives and deals with user Information as follows:
2.1 Information You Provide. When using our Services, you may choose to give us Personal Information in the following ways:
i. User Submitted Information: When accessing or using our website, submitting online forms, building custom itineraries, interacting with customer support, or creating an account, you may choose to provide Personal Information (“User Submitted Information”). User Submitted Information includes your email address, first and last name, hotel reservation or confirmation numbers, planned travel dates, selected travel/itinerary preference tags (e.g., activity interests, dining preferences), and saved landmarks or itinerary items.
ii. A Special Note About Location and Itinerary Information: Khonsu does not automatically collect or generate precise continuous geographic location data (GPS tracking). In your use of the Services, we may ask for your current location or target neighborhood to provide recommendations near you. Should you choose to provide this information, we store this data for as long as necessary to provide accurate results. We also store host hotel names, reservation numbers, and saved itinerary preferences you choose to provide to facilitate pre-arrival services, search recommendations, and local travel guides.
- 2.2 Information We Obtain Automatically. We automatically collect information about you and how you use our Services during your interactions with our platform:
i. Log Data and Recommendation Information: The Services automatically record information created by your use of the platform. This data includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring web page, pages visited, mobile carrier, device IDs, search terms, and cookie information.
ii. Interactions with Third-Party Links: Khonsu may keep track of how you interact with links across the Services, including user interactions with third-party services, host hotels, or attraction partners via click redirects. We share this link interaction data with third-party providers only in an aggregated, anonymized form. - 2.3 Information From Other Sources. We collect information from other sources, including:
i. Host Hotel Partners: If you access our Services via a partner hotel or accommodation provider ("Host Hotel"), we may receive confirmation details or stay dates from the Host Hotel to pre-populate your itinerary.
ii. Payment & Infrastructure Service Providers: If you make a purchase within the Services, Khonsu collects necessary billing and transaction details via trusted third-party payment processors.
3. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not sell your Personal Information. You agree that Khonsu and its Service Providers may use your Personal Information solely for the following purposes:
* Providing, personalizing, generating, and delivering custom travel itineraries and pre-arrival guides;
* Sharing guest itinerary preferences with your designated Host Hotel upon your affirmative direction;
* Managing your account, facilitating customer support, and responding to inquiries;
* Sending operational updates, guide access notifications, or transactional messages;
* Researching, surveying, and analyzing user behavior to maintain, debug, and improve our platform;
* Operating legitimate marketing and promotional campaigns for Khonsu Services;
* Processing payments and preventing, detecting, or investigating fraud or unauthorized activity.
- 4. WHEN WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Khonsu may share your Personal Information under the following conditions: - 4.1 Host Hotel & Accommodation Partners.
When you voluntarily submit your information, confirmation details, or travel preferences to create, save, or access a Smart Guide or itinerary associated with a partner hotel or accommodation provider (“Host Hotel”), we share your name, email address, confirmation details, and selected travel preferences directly with that designated Host Hotel. This allows the Host Hotel to deliver personalized pre-arrival concierge recommendations, custom guest amenities, and direct stay communication. Once transferred to your designated Host Hotel, your personal data is subject to the independent privacy practices of that Host Hotel. - 4.2 Service Providers.
We establish business relationships with trustworthy vendors who adhere to privacy standards consistent with ours (“Service Providers”). We contract with Service Providers for hosting, database management, cloud automation, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing. Service Providers are provided only the minimal information required to perform their specific functions and are strictly prohibited from using Personal Information for any other purpose.
4.3 Legal Process and Protection.
We may disclose Personal Information to third parties or regulatory authorities where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:Comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental requests;Enforce agreements, terms of service, or collect outstanding fees;Protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Khonsu, our users, Host Hotels, or the public;Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical vulnerabilities.

In the event of a corporate merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of company assets, user Personal Information may be evaluated or transferred as part of the business assets. - Third-party services providers: Khonsu uses a variety of third-party services to help its provision of the Services, such as hosting and other services. These third-party service providers may collect information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, such as cookies or your IP address, location, and devices’ unique identifiers.
5. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
